Shipping & Returns
Returns
Expedition Imports offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price. If Expedition Imports Corp., ships the wrong part or a defective part, we will refund 100% of your invoice, including the return shipping. (We will not refund more shipping than was originally charged.) For regular returns, there is a restocking fee of 20% for items returned after 14 days. After 30 days there are NO refunds. Do not send returns by COD. We will refuse them. Refunds require copy of original invoice. We will not refund parts that have been used, previously installed, painted, or modified. NO refunds on special order parts or electrical parts. Many times we will ask that you pay a deposit on special order parts.
Shipment Damage & Claims
Once your shipment leaves Expedition Imports Corp., it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company. Once you sign for the package, it becomes the responsibility of the buyer. We package your items very well to prevent damage. When the package arrives, open it and inspect the contents for damage in the presence of the driver. If the parcel is damaged in transit, make sure the driver makes note of this at the time of delivery. It is your responsibility to inform EIC immediately so that we can file the claim. Hold onto all original packaging materials so that they can be inspected by a Claims Representative, if necessary. All shipments are automatically insured for the invoice value.
Shipping Policy
Our Carriers include UPS, Various Truck Freight Companies, and the United States Postal Service. We support all levels of UPS service. However, we request that you call to place orders where Next Day Air service is required. Orders are shipped in the order they are received usually within 24-48 hours. Custom packaging for some parts, such as windshields, will carry an additional charge. You will be notified prior to the order being processed. If you supply us with a working email address, we will send the shipment tracking information to you when the package ships. International shipments are currently being defaulted to the United States Postal Service.
